Security is a founding member of FIDI (Fédération Internationale des Déménageurs Internationaux). Today, FIDI consists of over 800 agents worldwide. In 1953 Security also established the USA section of FIDI. Security's President, Chuck Lawrence, is the immediate past President of FIDI.

Security became the first company to sweep all national safety awards given by AMSA. These awards are based on Department of Transportation statistics for the household goods industry and are proof of strong focus on protecting the public by operating first class equipment with first class drivers dedicated to safe and courteous driving within the letter of the law.

The Latin American and Caribbean International Movers Association (LACMA) is an association comprised of the finest Latin American and Caribbean international movers and accounts for over 90 percent of the moves to and from the region. Its members are experienced and prestigious moving and relocation companies not only from Latin America, but all parts of the world.

The Household Goods Forwarders Association of America, Inc. (HHGFAA) is a global association of forwarders and movers. Its worldwide membership of over 1800 companies from more than 160 countries and territories is committed to providing customers with the highest level of service available.

Security is an active participant in the Washington Air Cargo Association (WACA). WACA promotes the use and increases the awareness of the cargo services and facilities at Washington Dulles International Airport. It supports the business practices and policies that encourage shippers to use Dulles and participates in local, regional and state organizations that support or influence cargo-related business.
